SPEDALIS Coffee & Eatery ("SPEDALIS", "we", "us") operates spedalis.uk and the SPEDALIS Club loyalty programme. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and optional phone number when you create or update a SPEDALIS Club account, either directly or by signing in with Google.
- Order details — items ordered, table or delivery/collection details, and any notes you add (e.g. allergies). For table orders, your first name and the items you ordered are shown in a shared "what's been ordered" view to anyone else ordering at the same table.
- Payment details — payments are processed by Square. If you choose to save a card for faster checkout, Square stores your card securely on our behalf; we only ever see the card's brand and last 4 digits, never the full card number.
- Loyalty activity — points earned, credit balance, and SPEDALIS BANK or SPEDALIS CLUB balance.
- Booking details — name, phone number, and party size if you reserve a table.
Signing in with Google
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us so we can create or sign you in to your SPEDALIS Club account. We never see or store your Google password.
How we use it
- To take and prepare your order, and process payment via Square.
- To run the SPEDALIS Club loyalty programme (points, credit, rewards).
- To manage table bookings.
- To contact you about an order or booking if something needs your attention.
Who we share it with
We share order and payment information with Square, our payment processor, and — if you sign in with Google — authentication details with Google. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your SPEDALIS Club account and order history for as long as your account is active, so your points and history stay accurate. A saved card stays on file until you remove it from Payment Methods in your account, or ask us to. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — see Contact below.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do this, or if you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the details below.
