These terms cover your use of spedalis.uk to browse our menu, place orders, book a table, and use the SPEDALIS Club loyalty programme. By using the site, you agree to them.

Ordering

Orders placed through spedalis.uk are sent directly to SPEDALIS Coffee & Eatery. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your full card details. Prices, availability and menu items are kept in sync with our till system, but occasionally an item may sell out after you've ordered — if that happens, we'll let you know at the table or by the contact details you provided.

Table bookings

Bookings are matched to one of our physical tables based on your party size. We hold your table for a reasonable time after your booking slot; if you're running significantly late, please call us on 01270 617539.

SPEDALIS Club

SPEDALIS Club is our loyalty programme. Points, credit and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or removed if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently. We may change the points rate or rewards on offer from time to time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account password (and, if enabled, your two-factor authentication) secure. If you sign in with Google, your account is protected by your Google account's own security.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes to how the site or SPEDALIS Club works. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
